Role Description
JD for Appian Senior Developer :
• Appian knowledge to design/develop a feature/module end-to-end.
• Process Model, CDTs, Records, Reports, Sites
• Knowledge about performance management practices from Appian/database side
• Good knowledge about integration and WEBAPIs
• Application user roles and security
• Hands-on experience in coding and troubleshooting/debugging
• Experience to deploy applications in higher environments with manual/automated approach.
• Experience with working with Agile Methodology
• Appian certified
JD for Appian Technical Lead:
Requires good experience implementing and Architect of Appian as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. Must be proficient with the complete Appian implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment.
- Over 10 -12 years overall IT experience
- Appian L2 certified
• This role demands hands-on experience in Appian with in depth knowledge on Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Web APIs, Sites, Process Model as a Service, Admin Console, Document Management and Integration Smart Services.
• Provided technical assistance for integration of Appian systems along with external systems such as SAP.
• Computer coding languages: Familiarity with other computer coding languages, such as J2EE, SQL, HTML, and XML
• Ability to understand reusable constants and query rules
• Ability to use related objects for fast deployment
• Ability to create a custom and focused user experience
• Ability to build process models and executable workflows
• Knowledge of low code integrations with external systems
• Knowledge of records, forms, and reports using Appian’s expression language
• Ability to create scalable and maintainable applications
• Executed processes for analysis, designing and development of scalable solutions to meet customer requirements.
• ssisted ineffective implementation of Appian solutions along with subject matter expertise.
• Prepared detailed and accurate technical documentation relating to Appian designs and reports.
• Appian software and platforms: Several years of experience using Appian software and platforms
• Appian Designer Certification on recent Appian versions (L2 certification)
• Good to have prior experience/knowledge on Continuous Integration and Deployment model, Test Driven Development, Behavioral Driven Development and BFSI Domain knowledge
• Added advantage to have experience on automation of Appian support or BAU activities, Plugin developments, Appian server installations.
• Responsible for code reviews and contribute to Appian Center of Excellence (CoE) with new standards, guidelines and best practices
• Prior work experience in development of SOAP and Restful webservices and integration would be preferred.
