We are seeking a Paid Media Activation Specialist (Contractor) to support the execution of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings a strong foundation in campaign management, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination.

Top 3?4 Required Skills
Paid Media Platform Execution ? Hands-on experience launching and managing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and DV360.
Media QA & Attention to Detail ? Ability to perform thorough quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are set up correctly and meet all requirements.
Project Management ? Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
Cross-Team Communication ? Comfortable acting as a liaison between media lead, buyers, analysts, and strategists to ensure alignment and timely execution.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
? Campaign Activation: Support Media Buyers and the Media Lead in the setup and launch of paid media campaigns across paid media platforms such as Display & Video 360, Meta, TikTok, and additional programmatic and social platforms.
? Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough pre- and post-launch QA to ensure campaigns meet all technical and strategic requirements/media plans; Support the team with in-platform QA.
? Project Coordination: Help manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring all creative assets and approvals are secured for timely campaign launches.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the media lead, buyers, analysts, and strategists to ensure seamless communication and workflow alignment.
? Performance Reporting: Assist in compiling performance reports and surfacing actionable insights to support campaign optimization.
? Facilitate communication among team members involved in media planning and execution.
REQUIREMENTS
? Proven experience in working within paid media platforms (e.g., DV360, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
? Proficiency in media QA processes and best practices
? Excellent project management skills to coordinate and track campaign progress
? Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
? 2?3 years in a paid media or digital marketing role
? Mid-level experience (not a senior strategist or manager role)
Preferred Platform Experience
? Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
? LinkedIn Campaign Manager
? DV360 or other programmatic platforms
