Requirement details:
Java Solution Architect
e Communicates architecture designs with internal (software and multi-disciplinary project team) and external (other Shell stakeholders, industry partners, vendors, etc.) parties involved in our projects.
Define product requirements and creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
- Develop application in programming languages like Java, Scala, Python, Java Script, and have exposure to various application frameworks like React, Spring etc..
Work on relational database and NoSQL databases and work with large data sets.
Partner with team working with distributed systems, clustering, and replication technologies. Work with the team to meet the program goals and objectives.
Work with modern DevOps tools, & development methodologies ex Agile, Scrum, TDD, BDD
etc
Participate in developing highly performant REST Services using any Java, Spring, Node.js.
e Partner and work with team on clustered/distributed computing systems, such as-Cassandra (Preferred), HBase, Hadoop/MapReduce, Spark/SparkR, Lucene/Elasticsearch, Storm, Graph Databases etc
e - Build data pipelines for structured/unstructured, Realtime/batch, events/synchronous/asynchronous MQ, Kafka, Steam processing.
e Work on SQL, NoSQL, relational database design, and methods for efficiently retrieving data for Time Series Analytics.
Gathering and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts, web scraping, calling APIs, write SQL queries, etc.)
