These projects are compliance, regulatory related projects that come from several different business units and clients at CVS. Portfolio continues to grow each year.

Project owner and technical lead experience, and understand and translate requirements to development team from conception to completion
How long has it been open/Why are the resumes missing the mark? Less than a month// have seen some resumes and started interviewing this week // has seen several resumes missing the mark by their vendors, the biggest challenge is that candidates do not have the technical leadership experience

RPG3/RPG4/ Free Format programming language experience (5+ years experience preferred)

Synon/Cool 2E to write business logic and convert to RPG format experience (5+ years experience preferred)
