Position: Workday PSA Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the implementation of Workday, with a specific focus on Professional Services Automation (PSA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing processes and requirements, translating them into effective Workday PSA solutions.
  • Design and configure Workday PSA solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide hands-on expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment in the PSA domain.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful and timely Workday PSA implementation.
  • Train and mentor team members and end-users on Workday PSA functionalities.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Workday implementation, with a focus on Professional Services Automation (PSA), including Contracts and Projects modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to design Workday PSA solutions that meet complex organizational needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday PSA configuration and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
