We are looking for 12+ Years Project Manager (PMP) with Grant Management experience.

Role: Project Manager (PMP)
Location: Richmond, VA
Interview Type: Phone & In-Person
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite/week)

Position Responsibilities :

Note: 12 or more years of experience is required. Local profiles to Richmond or commutable distance.
MUST: PMP certification through PMI (Active)- Copy Required.

Description:

•    Planning, coordinating, and executing the client and local cybersecurity grant program. 
•    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
•    Ensure that all deliverables are provided on-time, within scope and within budget.
•    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
•    Ensure resource availability and allocation.
•    Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
•    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
•    Providing technical and/or programmatic support to the SLCGP Grant.
•    Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
•    Report and escalate to management as needed.
•    Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
•    Establish and maintain relationships with identified partners.
•    Create and maintain project documentation.
•    Meet to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
•    Identify appropriate parties for project tasks based on roles, strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
•    Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
•    Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
•    Develop project plans to be shared with other directorates.
•    Perform other related duties as assigned.
•    Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Required/Desired Skills:
•    Current Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)    Required          
•    Proven working experience in Project Management    Required    5    Years
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills    Required    5    Years
•    Strong Federal Grant administration experience    Required    5    Years
•    Strong Organization skills including, attention to detail and multitasking skills.    Required    5    Years
•    Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools    Required    5    Years
•    Experience with project management tools    Required    5    Years
•    Ability to meet the Client Project management requirements.    Required    5    Years
