Job Title - 3DExperience Solution Architect (PLM)/ PL Solutions Architect
Location: Plymouth, MI & Phoenix, AZ
Full Time Position
Scope -
Define how PLM solutions using 3DEXPERIENCE platform must be used to satisfy specific technical and business requirements, including the definition of configuration and customization needs, and support costing / effort sizing for the work to be carried out, up to deployment
Responsibilities -
# Lead technical solution design based on engineering and business requirements related to 3DExperience platform (ENOVIA V6, DELMIA, etc 16x,17x,18x,19x
# Lead technical teams and SMEs to identity solution elements and guide teams and clients to define the most appropriate technical solution
# Act as the Solution Design Authority, preparing technical impact and risk assessments, technical changes, including project cost, time and quality impacts
# Guide technical issue investigations with the support of technical PLM SMEs
# Support business development and act as a trusted advisor with clients
# Business Modeling and Solution Design on DS product platform
# System and applications Integration with ERP, MES, ALM, JIRA etc
# Lead solution development for supplier integration, P&O setup
# Architect solution and data model for PnO Architecture, Security, Requirements Management, BOM Management, Project Management, Change Management, Product Configuration, Supplier Source management etc.
Mandatory Requirements -
# 7 - 10 years’ experience in leading PLM solution design definition, from concept to deployment
# Understanding of E/MBOM and CAD data management principles
# Understanding of Model Based Engineering using 3DEXPERIENCE platform
# Understanding of Systems Engineering
# Understanding of BOM related process and data mapping logic, PLM and standards terminology
# Experience in leading or contributing to agile implementation projects
# Proficiency in using one or more PLM tools, e.g. ENOVIA/3DExperience (preferred)
# Deep knowledge of PnO Architecture, Security, Unified Change management, Unified BOM Management, DELMIA
# Hands on experience on RFLP and MBOM Management using PPR in DELMIA
# Experience in data mapping, business analysis, automation requirement definition and technical documentation

# Excellent client facing experience
# Experience with PLM in the automotive (or related) industry
# Understanding of NPI principles and implications to PLM
# Experience in working and interfacing with multi-cultural and global teams, including offshore PLM / IT build teams

# Excellent technical communication skills # both written and verbal
