Must Have:
10+ years of experience working with in house Tax solutions and vendor related SunGard''s OmniPay recordkeeping system. (REQUIRED)
8+ years of experience in a mainframe environment, including knowledge of JCL, Adabase, VSAM, IBM utilities, Natural, Cobol. (REQUIRED)
Proven experience in designing applications which respond to business needs. Lead project teams on design and software implementations aligning to platform strategy roadmaps.
Ability to analyze code and identify shortcomings/omissions which may lead to output errors Comfortable working in (or at certain levels, leading) project-based teams of analysts.

Strong proficiency in Payment and Tax regulations.
Strong proficiency in developing in house systems and vendor packages.
Considerable testing experience within various applications.
Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.
Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes.
Ability to work with the business community in high stress situations.
Analytical ability in determining optimal technical system solutions.
Detailed oriented.
Participates in larger project teams, and at more senior levels, leads these teams.
