Document referral child enrollment outcomes into LeadTRK.
Open new cases with elevated blood lead levels.
Prepare program purchase orders and manage procurement.
Review and reorder printed materials as needed.
Process vendor payment requests and track expenses.
Compile meeting materials and grant applications.
Prepare travel requests for TNCLPPP staff.
Email contract status to program director monthly.
Process monthly invoices and track expenses.
Attend administrative meetings and trainings.
Assist with federal and contract budgets.
