Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide architecture services for highly integrated and high performing AEM solutions. Responsible for creation and integration of solutions using AEM.
  • Translate complex functional, technical and business requirements into architectural designs using industry best practices and owns the solution blueprint. Able to consider both business and technical Audiences
  • Participate in client meetings and interactions to explain the solution approach. Provides oversight, planning, and technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of AEM based projects.
  • Experience in fast paced Agile Scrum Delivery Team environment doing Design, Development, Administration, and troubleshooting in AEM.
  • Work within technology teams to build and maintain large scale & highly responsive Ecommerce Webapps (preferably cloud based) using A e Experience Manager interfacing with range of internal & external apps
  • Be a subject matter expert by identifying technology trends and platforms (including web and mobile apps) and collaborate with other team members to make recommendations based on the company's needs.
  • Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of A e projects across all tracks viz- Frontend, Middleware, Backend, Environment setup & planning etc.

Skills:
  • Experience in Content Management Systems in general with 12+ years have experience of designing solutions where AEM is the key component.
  • Strong working knowledge of AEM/A e CQ/Digital Marketing Suite.
  • Experience in A e Managed Services to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Experience in designing modules and components and end-to-end implementations of AEM.
  • Expertise in AEM and associated technologies like Sling, OSGI, Felix, Jackrabbit, JCR and CRX.
  • Experience in conceptualizing, designing, building and deploying Enterprise Content Management solutions.
  • Experience in Data platform and Cloud (AWS, Azure etc.). Strong experience with building scripts, CI-CD and GIT, Jenkins or similar.
  • Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services-based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
  • Relevant work experience including expertise in Enterprise Architecture Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews and consensus building.
  • Professional and consultative mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.
  • Expertise in performance tuning and optimizing bottleneck problem analysis.
  • Expertise in solid technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms to provide thought leadership to our clients and internal teams on best leveraging the A e suite products.
  • A deep knowledge of modern web frameworks, web architecture best practices and patterns.
