We are looking for a skilled A e Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM development, including component creation, workflows, and integrations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM-based solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain A e Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, workflows, and services.
  • Work with AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
  • Integrate AEM with external systems, including APIs, third-party services, and databases.
  • Implement best practices in AEM development, including performance optimization, security, and accessibility.
  • Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Debug and troubleshoot AEM-related issues and optimize performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM features, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: [Specify years, e.g., 3+ years] of hands-on experience in AEM development.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM 6.x, including Sightly/HTL, Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
  • Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, and Apache Sling frameworks.
  • Experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, Maven, and build automation tools.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end frameworks.
  • Experience in integrating AEM with third-party APIs, RESTful services, and headless CMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative development environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AEM Forms, AEM as a Cloud Service, or A e Target.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • A e AEM certification is a plus.
