Job Description :

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Must be able to work on-site one or two weeks per month in Bellevue, WA (near Seattle, WA)
  • Hands-on project experience with A e Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Reduce waste and increase the efficiency of the team by driving the adoption of Agile Scrum processes
  • Lead teams to a high performing state by embracing the principles of servant-leadership
  • Continuously assess the agile maturity of the team and coach the team to high performing state
  • Actively contribute to the improvement of the company’s agile practices
  • Experiment with strategies and tactics to increase the competency and efficiency of the individual contributors on the team
  • Build a professional and collaborative team environment where issues can be raised and resolved quickly
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand ups, demos, and retrospectives)
  • Collaboratively define, report, and interpret metrics that help the team understand how teams are performing
  • Serve as the liaison between the PMO, or other functional areas, and the development team
  • Work to remove impediments for the teams
  • Manage dependencies between your team and third parties or between your team and other agile teams
