API Developer (FullStack)

Atlanta, GA/ Herndon, VA/ Bellevue, WA- Hybrid

6+ Months

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of Backend API / Microservice development using Node JS. 5 years overall development experience for RESTFUL APIs.
  • No junior developers.
  • Able to utilize development skills to build new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and unit test coverage.
  • Familiarity with Git-based source code management systems Able to collaborate with other Software Engineers and work as a team.
  • Experience working in an agile / scrum fashion.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
  • Able to adapt to change.

Desirable skills:

  • Front-end web development using Angular, typescript, JavaScript. (Not mandatory for all 3 resources but would like to see at least 1 or 2 be full stack developers) Containerization (Docker) experience Microservices architecture within Cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OpenID standards for authentication / authorization systems a plus
