Overall 15+ years of experience in retail and technology industries specialized in POS
Providing guidance, support and technology solutions to IT Stores portfolio team, focused on Point of Sale (POS), Mobile POS, Payment devices, and related other POS peripherals.
- 10+ years Specialized in retail store business area, POS and self-check out
- Expertise in APTOS software implementation
- Hands on 2-3 full-fledged APTOS implementation for apparel or grocery retailer
- Familiar with POS accessories and device integration with APTOS POS
- Technical awareness and support technical team to trouble shoot issues (peripheral related)
- Experience in providing tier three technical support for POS and store systems technologies (APTOS & others)
- Any experience in APTOS rollout will be considered as added advantage
- Flexible to work onsite client location on need basis
