Title: Automation Engineer [BizID#6847]

Location: Frisco, TX / Bothell, WA (No Remote / No Hybrid)

Experience: 8+ years

Job Description:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in DC, EUC and cloud automation.
  • Excellent ability to understand manual process and translate to automation solutions using tools and scripts.
  • Minimum 2 yrs experience on crossplane or similar technology.
  • 4+ yrs of experience with IaC tools to provision services beyond just compute, storage, nw. Should have experience on landing zones, serverless, datalakes using terraform and similar tech like ARM/bicep, cloud formation etc.
  • 4+ yrs of experience with config mgmt. using tools like ansible, salt, chef, puppet.
  • 7+ yrs of experience on scripting using python, powershell, bash. Atleast 2+ yrs on golang.
  • Ability to use extensive scripting to integrate and stitch multiple tool stacks using rest api's, cmd line.
  • Ability to orchestrate and automate end-2-end processes rather than siloed automation.
  • 8+ yrs of experience on windows, unix, databases and cloud services.
  • 4+ yrs of experience in containers and atleast one k8s platform like openshift or EKS or AKS.
  • 2+ yrs experience in automation in security hardened environments with regulatory requirements.
  • 2+ yrs experience in CI/CD tools including gitlab.
  • 4+ yrs of experience working in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
