Troubleshoot business and production issues for mobile devices by reviewing and analyzing information, engaging support teams, and performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
Design and develop SPLUNK and Prometheus dashboards to monitor W+ platform and BE services performance, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements, translating them into Node and Java-based solutions for the W+ platform, and conducting testing to ensure solution functionality.
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, measuring progress, and adjusting performance accordingly.
Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance and utilizing the Open-Door Policy.
Ensure business needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness, consulting with business partners, and participating in community outreach events.
