Responsibilities:
BSS architect experience is mandatory.
Lead the design and development of scalable system architectures that meet business requirements.
Oversee the implementation of Java 11-based solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements and specifications.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance and development efficiency.
Ensure that all systems are designed with security, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and development processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
