Job Description :
We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Analyst role.
 
Analyzes business systems and user needs, aligning solutions with overall strategies. Experienced in business process reengineering and leveraging technology for efficiency. Skilled in industry-standard process mapping and risk analysis, including cost/benefit and ROI evaluations. Documents user needs, program functions, and development steps.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex business analysis, gather and document requirements.
  • Assess requirements management methodologies, identify risks and issues.
  • Develop test cases, provide project training, and offer technical input.
  • Communicate business processes via workflow diagrams.
  • Identify inefficiencies and document business processes and requirements.
 
Required Skills:
  • Ability to mentor and provide consultation and direction to other Social Services Applications (SSA) staff.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information including regulations, policy, and automation system documentation/specifications.
  • Ability to communicate in writing, translating user/business needs into a technical style, and communicate technical instructions to system users.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate individual and group work activities.
  • Ability to detect and diagnose application problems.
  • Ability to create technical designs for solutions to problems.
  • Ability to work professionally with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare concise business requirements, technical specifications documents and related artifacts.
