We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Analyst role.

Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Effective project planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate complex IT applications, policies, and issues.
  • Skilled in developing innovative and practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage individuals and groups effectively.
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work under pressure, negotiate with multiple stakeholders, and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret complex material, and prepare concise reports or responses for management review.
  • Skilled in fact-gathering, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in maintaining statistical and accounting records, and generating data summaries.
  • Ability to manage small to mid-sized projects as needed.
  • Capable of creating detailed project work plans and accurate work estimates, while tracking and monitoring progress.
