Job Description :

We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Scheduling and Labor, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Act as the sole Scheduling and Labor resource for the client, taking ownership of the full workstream lifecycle and deliverables.
Follow Workday methodology (Plan, Architect/Configure, Test, Deploy, Hypercare) to ensure successful delivery.
Utilize internal Accenture project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables.
Participate in and lead client-facing meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and escalate project risks appropriately.
Support integration with related Workday modules including Time Tracking, and Extend Use Cases for Scheduling, Overtime, and Vacation Bidding.
Collaborate with offshore resources and project counterparts to ensure consistent and professional issue resolution.

Required Skills:

Active Workday Scheduling and Labor certification
Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Scheduling and Labor
Proven track record in government or public sector Workday projects
Strong ability to lead independently and drive results without constant supervision
Experience working in or managing remote and offshore teams
Solid understanding of Workday integration touchpoints and scheduling best practices

Preferred Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong accountability and time management in meeting project deliverables
Experience managing offshore resources and working cross-functionally across teams
