Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Analyst role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Scheduling and Labor, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Act as the sole Scheduling and Labor resource for the client, taking ownership of the full workstream lifecycle and deliverables.
  • Follow Workday methodology (Plan, Architect/Configure, Test, Deploy, Hypercare) to ensure successful delivery.
  • Utilize internal Accenture project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables.
  • Participate in and lead client-facing meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and escalate project risks appropriately.
  • Support integration with related Workday modules including Time Tracking, and Extend Use Cases for Scheduling, Overtime, and Vacation Bidding.
  • Collaborate with offshore resources and project counterparts to ensure consistent and professional issue resolution.
Required Skills:
  • Active Workday Scheduling and Labor certification
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Scheduling and Labor
  • Proven track record in government or public sector Workday projects
  • Strong ability to lead independently and drive results without constant supervision
  • Experience working in or managing remote and offshore teams
  • Solid understanding of Workday integration touchpoints and scheduling best practices

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong accountability and time management in meeting project deliverables
  • Experience managing offshore resources and working cross-functionally across teams
