APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:
Business Analyst with Ebilling Legal
Client Location Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Contract
 
Requirement
  • Drive timelines and aim for on-time delivery with successful completion of all in-scope project work
  • Effectively manage scope creep
  • Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc.
  • Set meeting agenda and provide appropriate follow-up communications.
  • Be the initial point of project escalation and understand when to escalate as needed.
  • Align and track project resources and tasks.
  • Effectively partner with the Solutions Architect and Development team.
  • Collaborate with the other team members from the delivery team.
  • Skills:
  • 10+ years of technical project experience
  • 5+ years of working experience in Legal matter lifecycle management
  • 5+ years of working experience in Legal billing, including budgeting, invoicing, and accounting.
  • 5+ years of working experience with UTBMS billing codes
  • 5+ years of work experience in implementing workflows, processes and security controls for legal billing.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in flat fees, hourly billing, and accruals
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in integrations with payment systems
  • Excellent work ethic with a willingness to learn from team members.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship-building skills, and ability to achieve results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Leverage Agile Development best practices in project activities.
