Business Analyst with expertise in SmartCOMM
Location: Farmington, CT
Duration: 12 months
Position type: W2 contract.

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in SmartCOMM for Document Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing document generation processes, and ensuring that our SmartComm solutions effectively meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for document generation projects.
  • Design and document workflows, templates, and data mapping for SmartComm.
  • Configure and customize SmartComm solutions to create dynamic, personalized documents.
  • Conduct thorough testing of document outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with business standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SmartComm functionalities.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of document generation solutions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with SmartComm or similar document generation tools.
  • Strong understanding of document automation and generation processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data management.
  • Proficiency in creating workflow diagrams and process documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of other document generation tools and technologies.
  • Experience in industries such as finance, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
