Job Description:
· Develop and maintain strategic models (for budgets, resources), forecasts, and recruiting analytics dashboards.
· Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional recruiting teams to execute data collection, synthesis, and analysis.
· Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and growth potential.
· Provide insights and recommendations through professional quality reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.
· Lead preparation of high-impact presentations for senior management.
· Tentative list of deliverables in the first 3 months: Monthly fulfillment monitoring, quarterly resource balance analysis, annual planning, and monthly travel budget Analysis.
