This system provides a single source for all training and education for all employees and external partners. The client seeks to create documentation and content for its processes and procedures that will be made available to all staff in Lumen. They will offer this service to other segments of their organization as they are brought into the system. As they implement the enterprise-wide learning management system, there is a need to create content by them that provides instructional learning about the programs, processes and critical procedures. Viewing the instructional material is critical to ensure all employees, as well as all segment employees who consume technology services, understand the goals of the programs, processes, and procedures. Our client has many programs, processes, and procedures that are either not fully documented, well understood, or easily accessible. The documentation and learning content creation for inclusion in the Enterprise Learning Management system requires resources and expertise that are not currently available in their org.
