Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our Health and Human Services Administrative Applications Product Management team. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, developing detailed documentation, and designing system modifications. You will collaborate closely with business areas, create business requirement documents, and write user stories. Additionally, you will coordinate with technical teams for demos, UAT, code releases, and user communication. Experience in an Agile environment is essential, and some on-call support may be required depending on the project phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform business analysis, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Develop and design system modifications to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for demos, UAT, and code releases.
  • Manage user communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide on-call support as needed during critical project phases.
 
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in a Product Owner role.
  • Hands-on experience with software application projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience in systems testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong background in Agile Software Development Methodologies.
  • Experience in Project and/or Product Management.
  • Familiarity with Case Management systems.
  • Jira experience.
