Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in regulatory reporting, specifically US Federal Reserve reporting like 2025A, to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on regulatory reporting. The candidate should also have expertise in SQL.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct in-depth analysis of regulatory reporting requirements, specifically US Federal Reserve Reporting (2025A), and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

·        Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to identify data quality issues and ensure integrity of regulatory reporting data.

·        Prepare and submit regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting timelines.

·        Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and communicate potential impacts to the business.

·        Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

·        Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting matters and support internal teams in resolving any issues or inquiries.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on US regulatory reporting.

·        Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, specifically 2052a reporting.

·        Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting.

·        Experience with regulatory reporting systems and tools is preferred.

·        Knowledge of other regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CCAR, FINREP) is a plus.

·        Familiarity with financial institutions and banking regulations is highly desirable.
