Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with a focus on operational readiness and gap analysis.
- Experience in identifying gaps in systems, software, and operating practices.
- Expertise in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Ability to stay highly organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with gap analysis and implementing solutions to address identified gaps is required.
- Utility industry experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
