Location: Lake Mary, FL/ Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months contract to hire

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Analyst to join our Service Management team.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Work closely with stakeholders and product management to gather, document, analyze, and prioritize requirements
  • Monitor end-to-end delivery & clear blockers of requirements by collaborating with development staff, quality assurance functions and stakeholders
  • Partner with product & process owners to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and get buy in from senior stakeholders
  • Analize new use cases and work with architecture on proof of concepts / solutions
  • Ensure that management receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of Service Management

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • BA or BS degree in either Business or Technical field
  • Extensive (5+ yrs) technical knowledge / certifications of the ServiceNow Platform including:
    • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
    • CMDB / CSDM data models
    • Service Catalog / Service Portal
    • ServiceNow SDLC (management of Stories, Epics, Defects, etc.)
    • 10 + years of technology experience preferred
  • 8+ years of experience acting as a Business Analysis working with enterprise application(s) supporting 20K+ user base
  • Excellent communication skills & the ability to develop clear written materials
  • Ability to articulate product strategy, roadmaps, vision to senior leadership to reach consensus
  • Helpful to have ServiceNow Admin Certification
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL v3 or v4 knowledge)
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships

ServiceNow team
Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience within the ITSM module enhancing the module to comply with new regulations
Digital Operational Resiliency Act (DORA) via European Banking Authority
Works in the FedRAMP data center
Previous Fortune 500/enterprise-level experience (10k+ users) due to the scope and complexity of those environments
HR module of ServiceNow is also a plus
Will work with internal process owners to solicit requirements then work with developers, quality assurance, etc.
Domain experience isn't as important as ServiceNow experience
2 days per week in the office
