Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Springfield, MA
Employment Type: (Full-time or contract) Contract
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
  • Defines and documents business and operational processes including workflow, dataflow, data collection and output needs.
  • Translates business requirements with the IS team to ensure requirements are incorporated into reports and applications
  • Utilizes Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models when developing or supporting a software solution.
  • Works with leadership to effectively prioritize work and project sequencing.
  • Provides project management of projects and deliverables, using a waterfall and/or agile project management methodology.
  • Uses Project Management software to organize and track projects, such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Organizes requirements for project plan based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Provides consultation and training to users on the use of data for clinical or business usage.
Responsibilities:

Requirements / Qualifications:
  • You will expand your experience in various areas of mental & behavioral health
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Must have 3 years' experience as an Analyst or in an analytical role.
  • Must have a 1 years' experience with project management and documenting in project management software systems
  • Understanding of business analysis principles, processes, techniques, and
  • Must understand working within the Microsoft 365 suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
