Role :Business Analyst with testing background.

Location : Mclean ,VA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Candidate should have Finance domain experience. Preferably in Mortgage industry.
  • Ability creates functional specs like BRS (Business specification required document), Functional specifications.
  • Exposure to tool like JIRA and they should Agile project experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Experience in analysis ng customer system and business requirements.
  • Experience in creating user stories and working on PI planning.
  • Experience in preparing test case documentation.
  • Should have previous experience manual and automation testing.
  • Should be able to guide and create test strategies for system testing.
  • Planning with our customers and IT partners for each Program Increment (PI)
  • Supporting a "full stack" team approach to maximize team productivity.
  • Grooming and executing stories that include Decision Modeling, testing, and deploying our enterprise decision solutions.
  • Collaborating with the business rules community to ensure alignment with best practices and standards for decision modeling, testing and decision services.
  • Driving ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities within Modern Delivery
  • Previous experience in Business Rules / Decision Modelling
  • Familiarity with Tools and Systems: Business Decision Management Systems (BDMS), Enterprise Decision Service (EDS), Message Manager Service (MMS), Load Reference Data Service (LoRDS), Simulator, EDS Portal and Ironman.
