Title: Business Development Manager (IT Sales, Solution Sales)

Criteria:-
1. Stability- min 3.5 years with one organization
2. Product engineering background
3. Service Selling, not product or license selling
4. Min revenue generated is between 2-5 Million
5. Must have done technology sales or IT solutions selling.

Key Role & Responsibilities:
• The candidate should be a seasoned front-end sales/BD professional, proficient in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• They will be responsible for acquiring new clients/customers/logos in the Midwest region.
• They should have expertise in technology solution sales with a proven track record in IT sales/solution selling.
• They should be able to collaborate closely with various technology practices and industry functions.
Targets & Goals:
• The candidate should demonstrate a forward-thinking approach towards their goals, building long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• They should build a track record of closing deals and achieving targets exceeding $2 million annually.
• They should be able to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as well as contribute to business development as a key member of the North American sales team.
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must have
• The candidate should be highly driven, with proven leadership skills in sales and business development.
• They should have experience with outsourced product engineering and professional services firms.
• They should demonstrate expertise in product engineering services.
Good to have
• Excellent working knowledge of the domains and solutions implemented.
• Exposure to working with offshore teams is advantageous.
• Robust local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, industry associations within the region.
