iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking a Business Process Management for our client's requirements. The salary depends on experience.

 

Position: Business Process Management
Location: Richmond, VA.

Job Requirements:

1. Conduct initial assessments to understand implementation management objectives, requirements, and constraints.
2. Develop and/or assist with designing and planning implementation for new programs, including the concept, scope, schedule, budget, resource estimates, and governance structure.
3. Provide a timeline for the implementation management services, including key milestones and deliverable due dates, define any dependencies or constraints that may impact the timeline or deliverables.
4. Establish alternate, recovery for get well plans of schedules to ensure timelines are adhered to and brought back on track. 
5. Specify the resources required to support the implementation management services, including personnel, hours, rate, budget, equipment, and materials.
6. Coordinate with resource managers to ensure that resources are available as needed throughout the implementation lifecycle.
7. Outline how resources will be allocated and managed throughout the implementation process.
8. Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary to optimize performance and deliver on time.
9. Conduct regular checks and reviews to verify compliance with quality requirements and identify areas for improvement.
10. Identify how quality will be monitored, evaluated, and maintained throughout the implementation process.
11. Identify how risks will be recognized, assessed, mitigated, and monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
12. Create corrective and preventive actions to address deviations from quality standards and mitigate risks to implementation success.
13. Outline procedures for managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or requirements.
14. Establish communication, plans, channels and mechanisms for engaging with implementation stakeholders.
15. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of status and milestones.
16. Establish an action item and issues register to manage outstanding tasks to ensure completion and/or closure. 
17. Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectations to ensure alignment with objectives.
18. Develop training programs and materials to ensure that stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use any deliverables.
19. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on objectives, processes, and best practices.
20. Facilitate knowledge transfer activities to ensure that lessons learned and best practices are captured and shared among team members and stakeholders.
21. Establish goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
22. Develop and execute a formal closure plan to ensure the successful completion and handover of implementation deliverables to stakeholders.
23. Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
24. Generate final reports and documentation to summarize project outcomes, achievements, and recommendations.

 

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
