Job Description: | This role is ONSITE in Bethpage, NY Job Title: Business Process Writer/Analyst Experience: 1 to 4 Yrs Job Description: Process M&P/ Change management: Identify & Define Business Department goals & opportunity for improvement & efficiencies: Identify the company's current and long-term process road map. - Prior experience in Telcom/ Construction/ design, prior training or education experience preferred - Process Analysis experience required: Experience writing standard operating procedures, PowerPoint, Microsoft suite experience & Fluency required - Create documents that explain how the department processes flow in collaboration with the Lead PM team & Operations groups - Create a plan: Make a structured plan for the process. - Assign tasks: Assign tasks to people who will be involved in the process. - Test the process: Test the process after creation with core SME's - Helps develop & implements with the training group - Integrate the process: Integrate the process into the company's operations. - Make changes: Make any changes to the process that are needed. - Document and define all version/ changes in change log within the process document - Ensure everyone understands the processes and can follow easily. - Helps develop & implements with the training group |
