We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Business Systems Analyst role.
Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

- Problem Identification: Identify and categorize problems based on their impact and urgency.
- Problem Investigation: Investigate problems to understand their root causes and impact.
- Solution Development: Develop and implement solutions, including temporary workarounds and permanent fixes.
- Problem Resolution: Ensure that problems are resolved within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Problem Closure: Close problems after they have been resolved and documented.
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of problems and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and continuously seek ways to improve Problem Management processes.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to extract, transform, and load data, enabling businesses to use data for analysis and decision-making, extracting data from various sources, such as databases, files, and cloud services.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred.
- ITIL Certification is preferred
- Certification in Azure Data Factory (ADF) preferred
