Role: Change Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Change Management Specialist for a 7-month timeframe to join our team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping our clients successfully implement and manage change for each Generative AI (Gen AI) use case that we roll out. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work with clients in a hybrid fashion (on-site and virtually), understand their unique needs, and drive effective change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Work directly with our Change lead and the client to understand their business processes, culture, and change management needs.
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to each Gen AI use case.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support throughout the change process.
- Communication: Create and deliver clear, concise, and effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to ensure smooth adoption of new Gen AI technologies and processes.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and continuously improve change management processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in change management, preferably within the technology or consulting sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their applications is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and environments.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites within the Sacramento area as needed.
