Oracle APEX Developer
This position is 100% remote but must be fully available between the hours of 9 am – 6 pm EST

Client is the City of Richmond
Responsibilities:
- Support a robust financial application supporting key revenue streams.
- Must be experienced with designing and executing complex Oracle SQL logic in the integration of data to support its Oracle Enterprise Resource planning system
Required Skills:
- 10 Years - Oracle Apex full stack developer, including gathering requirements, developing and implementing browser-based applications using, Application Express
- 10 Years - Experience designing and maintaining custom Oracle applications using Oracle Apex
- 10 Years - Experience in developing scripts in SQL, PLSQL for data conversion, data migration
- 10 Years - Experience in developing External Tables, Joins, Indexes and sequences. Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed
- 10 Years - Query optimization, performance and tuning (PL/SQL) using SQL Trace, Explain Plan, Indexing, Hints, Bulk Binds, Bulk Collect
- 10 Years - Experience debugging complex applications and remediating defects in a fast paced environment.
- 10 Years - Effective creation of dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment, using APEX reporting tools
- 10 Years - Ability to lead groups/gather requirements/define solution sets and remediate defects
