Must have Skills:At least 10-12 years of experience in Program Management or Project Management capacity with demonstrated success at delivering large scale projects.Must have experiences in Child Care or Early Childhood Education programs (NYC or NY State programs preferred).In depth knowledge in State Child Care and Early Childhood Education regulations and local laws.Leadership experiences in inter-agency collaboration focused projects, working with multiple City/State/Federal entities.Advanced experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience managing budgets and resources.Understanding of common project management tooling such as MS Project, Airtable, Azure, Jira, etc.Ability to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project.Able to work independently and to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.Ability to coach stakeholders in agile ways of working for project management.Excellent Oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
