- Configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to meet specified business and technical requirements.
- Develop custom modules, workflows, and functionalities to support intake, eligibility determination, care planning, and incident management.
- Implement role-based security controls for approximately 1,400 user accounts across multiple agencies and programs.
- Integrate the solution with GAMMIS and other external systems, ensuring seamless data transfer and compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate on data migration tasks, ensuring successful transfer, validation, and compliance with security requirements.
- Provide technical support during testing, deployment, and maintenance phases, addressing defects and enhancing system functionality.
