The CLM Configuration Engineer will be responsible for configuring and customizing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System for the Department of Children and Families (DCF). This role involves configuring the CLM solution to meet DCF’s specific requirements, ensuring seamless integration with various enterprise systems, and maintaining the system for optimal performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Configuration: Configure the CLM system to meet the specific needs of DCF, including customization of workflows, templates, and user interfaces.
• Integration: Ensure the configured CLM system integrates seamlessly with DCF’s enterprise systems, including:
o Identity Access Management: Okta
o Enterprise Data Warehouse: Azure Synapse
o Integration Platform: Mulesoft
o IT Service Management: ServiceNow
o Enterprise Rules Engine: InRule or IBM CloudPak for Automation
o Master Client Index, MDM Platform: Inzata
o Enterprise Document Management System: OnBase
o Data Analytics Tool: Microsoft Power BI
o E-Signature Tool: DocuSign
o Address Validation Tool: SmartyStreets
o Cloud Infrastructure: DCF Cloud Environment or Vendor SaaS Environment
• Security and Compliance: Ensure that all configurations comply with HIPAA and other relevant security standards.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration points.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for the CLM system, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, Solution Architect, and other stakeholders to ensure configurations align with project goals and requirements.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials and provide training sessions for DCF staff on the configured CLM system.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
o Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing contract lifecycle management systems or similar enterprise systems.
o Proven experience with system integrations, particularly with the technologies specified (Okta, Azure Synapse, Mulesoft, ServiceNow, etc.).
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of system configuration, customization, and integration patterns.
o Experience with cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
o Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, including HIPAA.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
o Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or system configuration (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
