Job Description
Experience with automotive plant production support and maintenance to new assembly line launches.
Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Allen-Bradley Panelview, ABB S4c, DVT machine vision programming.
Experience with FANUC and ABB robots. Strong robot programming skills.
Programming Skills of various PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Omron) 
Manufacturing process development and deployment for laser welding/ Spot Welding/ GMAW applications in automotive manufacturing, including weld process parameter development, material (Aluminum/Steel) and weld testing.
Experience providing support and training in industrial controls and automation at an assembly plant.
Competencies: Digital : Microsoft Azure, Digital : IoT Intelligent Edge Computing, Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure(ACI), CNS_Network Security_Cisco, Juniper Routing and Switching

Experience (Years): 10 & Above

Essential Skills:
Control engineer with 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing plants specializing in industrial machine vision.
SME in industrial controls and automation
SME in the areas of PLC programming, machine vision, Robotics, human machine interface, industrial sensors, and error checking.

Desirable Skills: 
Experience with plant networking devices like routers and switches.
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and other data communication protocols.
Experience with setting up and connecting IOT devices on the plant floor
Experience with working on Linux systems and servers and troubleshooting issues.
Experience with using vision systems - Matrox/ Cognex/ Keyence software.
