Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled A e CQ5/AEM Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications on the A e Experience Manager platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance solutions using AEM, along with a strong understanding of web content management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain web solutions using A e Experience Manager (AEM).
Build and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, analytics).
Optimize AEM applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Implement Sling Models, OSGi Services, and JCR content structures.
Work with HTL (Sightly), JSP, Sling, and Clientlibs for frontend integration.
Manage AEM environments, including deployment and version control.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and content authors to deliver seamless experiences.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components, templates, and integrations.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for development cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
X+ years of hands-on experience in A e CQ5/AEM development.
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, OSGi Framework, Sling, and JCR (Jackrabbit/CRX).
Strong knowledge of HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
Experience with AEM version upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration and A e Marketing Cloud solutions.
Hands-on experience with tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
Knowledge of AEM security best practices, including user/group management and permissions.
Experience with Dispatcher configurations for caching and security.
