Pay Range: $22 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: - Key Skills: salesforce/service max case experience, call center experience, heavier on emails, typing skills, experience with Microsoft office applications.
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
- Records details about customer inquiries.
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. (3-5 years of experience) Call Center Representative I acts as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support.
- Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services.
- Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience
- Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability.
- Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure situations.
- Tenacity & creativity in handling customer issues.
