We are urgent looking for Cybersecurity Professionals with hands on experience with MS Entra ID Technology.

Job Title: Cybersecurity Professional – AD Systems
Location: Remote

Overview: The Senior Active Directory Cybersecurity Professional role will provide designs, implementations, deployments, and support for Exchange Server, Microsoft O365, Azure, Active Directory, MFA, and SSO. The position will have a diversified background with technical infrastructure knowledge in an enterprise environment and hands-on experience with On Prem and Cloud systems.

Responsibilities:
Assessment and Analysis:

  • Experience on Microsoft Entra AD Connect and Entra Cloud Sync identity auto provisioning to Entra ID from various directories.
  • Experience of deploying and managing secure hybrid Azure AD (Microsoft Entra) and on-prem AD, Azure AD Connect installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct thorough security assessments of Active Directory environments.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and potential risks.
  • Develop comprehensive security reports with recommendations for remediation.
  • Evaluate AD systems, architectures, and networks to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Review existing strategies, policies, and procedures to assess clients' incident response readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and security analysts, to optimize security measures and incident response capabilities.
  • Create clear, concise, accurate deliverable reports for clients and stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress.
  • Design and Implementation:
  • Design secure Active Directory architectures.
  • Implement security best practices for Active Directory, including Group Policy, access controls, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Configure and manage security settings in Active Directory, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance:
  • Monitor Active Directory environments for security breaches and suspicious activity.
  • Maintain and update security policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular security audits and risk assessments.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on Active Directory security best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on Active Directory security policies and procedures.
  • Assist clients with security-related inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PowerShell (scripting/automation;
  • Azure
  • O365
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows systems installation, maintenance and troubleshooting, including Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012
  • Demonstrated experience with managing and monitoring virtual and physical servers
  • Demonstrated experience with managing Active Directory in a multi-domain environment
  • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory design and domain migrations
  • Demonstrated experience with Group policy creation, troubleshooting and management
  • Experience with large scale datacentre design and operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail & strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience working with virtual infrastructure (i.e. VMWare) required
  • Experience utilizing VB/PowerShell to automate common functions
  • Experience migrating large infrastructures from physical to virtual environments
  • Windows Server Management
  • Knowledge in SSO and MFA
  • AD/Exchange migration experience a plus
  • Available to be on call during emergencies
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies
  • Hands-on experience with incident response planning and execution, including the development of playbooks and training materials.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with strong report-writing abilities.
  • Ability to operate independently and ask the right questions and gather necessary information for effective incident response planning and execution.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Active Directory security and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory architecture, Group Policy, and security best practices.
  • Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are preferred.
