We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Technical Lead with at least 8+ years of experience to support a major Salesforce to Dynamics 365 CRM migration initiative. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Dynamics CRM along with leadership experience in driving technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical design, development, and delivery of D365 CRM solutions.
  • Drive the migration efforts from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CRM applications using best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Support integration efforts with external systems via APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce to D365 CRM migration projects.
  • Deep understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
  • Experience with Power Platform components (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics CRM SDK.
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
