Responsibilities
Run customer workshops to discuss scope (requirement gathering sessions).
Create functional architecture and creation functional requirements documents or
helps in create the product backlog, user story grooming.
Analysis of all requirements and documentation in the Bank s system.
Functional expertise on D365 CE platform (Customer Service, Sales Modules).
Demonstrate the features developed during the sprint review meeting.
UAT scripts validation and provide inputs in the creation of scripts
Review of training documents and provide inputs
Support the implementation team by providing responses to all queries.
Mandatory Skills:
Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, MSD 365, Power Automate)
10-13 Years of relevant experience.
Responsible for architecting the Dynamics 365 system.
Create and Manage the E2E Implementation architecture with very strong knowledge in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding,
design patterns and custom business logic.
Engagement during requirements gathering
Design review of D365 solutions including integration.
Guidance of best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations
Identify potential project risks and issues
Support anchoring of overall technical solution while cascading the same to project
delivery teams
Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of the customer''s environment,
requirements, and financial resources
Ensure adherence to Bank s standards and acceptance at architectural review meeting.
