Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, interpret, and manipulate structured and unstructured data to enable analytical solutions for business needs.
  • Create and document NLP models per model standards and governance.
  • Select appropriate modeling techniques and technologies, considering data limitations, applications, and business needs.
  • Review existing model documentation and suggest improvements.
  • Perform Model Monitoring and collaborate closely with the Model Risk Management (MRM) team.
  • Consult with peers, vendors, IT, and other stakeholders as necessary to deploy models.
  • Stay updated on trends in Text Analytics, Model Management, and Model Governance.
  • Work with data governance teams and MRM to ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Qualitative Analytics, and Quantitative Analytics roles.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (e.g., Mathematics, Operational Research, Data Science).
  • Proven experience in building and validating statistical, qualitative, and advanced analytics models.
  • Experience in Model Documentation, Monitoring, and collaboration with Model CoE.
  • Strong expertise in NLP, qualitative model development, and documentation.
  • Experience with Clarabridge or Qualtrics is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail, capable of identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in data.
  • Ability to create easy-to-follow documentation and work with Model CoE for model enhancements.
  • Experience querying and preprocessing data from structured and/or unstructured databases using SQL, HQL, NoSQL, etc.
  • Familiarity with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data formats (e.g., JSON, XML, text documents, images).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
