Key Responsibilities:

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a Healthcare SaaS workflow product.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users as part of UAT.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the Scrum framework is followed and promote Agile best practices.
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile methodologies and self-management.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can progress smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the STC internal support teams to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
  • Promote continuous improvement and facilitate process enhancements.
