Key Responsibilities:
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a Healthcare SaaS workflow product.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users as part of UAT.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is followed and promote Agile best practices.
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile methodologies and self-management.
- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the team can progress smoothly.
- Collaborate with the STC internal support teams to manage the product backlog and prioritize work.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics such as burndown charts.
- Promote continuous improvement and facilitate process enhancements.
