Job Title - Digital Marketing Manager I
Location - New York, NY (Hybrid)
Duration - 1+ Year
Rate - $75/hr
Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Consumer Activation Team, Brand Engagement Teams, Brand Marketing (US + Global), and Creative Teams to establish systems that improve cross-functional collaboration, workflow, and creative output.
* Manage resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule.
* Keep internal key stakeholders and agency partners informed on deliverable status and project details.
* Anticipate potential issues and use critical thinking and action to shift priorities as needed to head off or resolve potential issues or timeline conflicts.
* Calendarize project milestone review dates, ensuring the right stakeholders are present and available to provide feedback at the appropriate stage of the creative process.
* Ensure standardized processes and templates are maintained and followed correctly across the cross-functional teams (i.e., Asana, project plans, workflows, statuses, deliverables, meeting agendas, summaries, etc.)
* Establish and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Maintain a holistic and pragmatic vision of next steps, dependencies, and the big picture to deliver a program, particularly if the parameters= of a project appear to be changing.
* Help guide the strategic roadmap for ongoing process optimization. Continually refine and document the creative workflow in the interest of greater scale, less time to market, and ultimately, better content. Core Competencies/Professional Requirements:
* 1 - 3 years' experience in digital project management roles
* Attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and creativity in problem-solving.
* Proficient in project management tools (i.e., Asana, Digital Assets Management Platforms, JIRA or like systems)
* Digital marketing experience a plus
* Background or interest in cosmetics/beauty preferred.
