.Net Lead

Location- 1 day onsite, 4 days remote- Must be local to ohio who can go for in-person interview

Our Columbus, Ohio client is seeking a Supply Chain IT Lead for a contract opportunity.

Job Description:

  • Conversion from heritage WMS to Koerber WMS
  • IT support and configuration for Warehouse closures
  • Updating sourcing rankings and rules to support the Supply Chain Network Transformation
  • Minor enhancements as prioritized by Supply Chain Product Owners
  • Remain aligned with Supply Chain business leaders on timelines and priorities.
  • Resolving Incident and Problem Tickets
  • Creating current state technical documentation and support procedures
  • Working early morning hours to support rollouts and conversions
  • Providing direct oversight of 5-7 developers, providing direct feedback, and making staffing changes as needed.
  • Providing operational reporting on the health of BAU support against SLAs
  • Minimizing disruption to current operations by ensuring code quality and through close partnership with QA
  • Proactive monitoring and alerting on the health of Supply Chain platforms/applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong .NET/C#/SQL development skills. This is required to support heritage Order Management and Store Inventory applications.
  • Supply Chain technical and operational experience.
  • Thorough understanding of Supply Chain processes including Planning, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and Logistics.
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies like MuleSoft and MQ to triage incidents and route them to the integrations team as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate technical recommendations to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to consistently support and lead the team during high-priority incidents and on rapid response calls. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
