Job Description :

Role- EDI developer

Location- Dublin, OH

Role Description: 

  • Strong knowledge of EDI X12 standards and EDI translator tools
  • Preferably IBM Sterling Gentran
  • Experience with EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and EDI communications protocols (AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, etc.)
  • Understanding of the supply chain domain.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.
  • Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
  • Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning computer prototypes using tools specified
  • Provide the architectural blueprints to the development team
  • Prepare high-level design of the application and its component based on understating of requirements.
  • Integrate individual software solutions to higher-level systems.
  • Code development & bug fixing
  • Team and Project management
  • Effort estimation of change request. Logging defects, assigning defects, and providing defects resolution to customers
  • Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines, and manages competing priorities under pressure.
  • Develop & communicated weekly status and trending reports
